About
Provided by Appleby
Our team in the Seychelles focus on investment into emerging African, Indian and Asian markets through general corporate work for both local and international clients.
We provide advice on all aspects of Seychelles law including corporate, commercial, corporate finance and structured finance products advising banks and borrowers on secured and unsecured credit facilities, credit restructuring, debt consolidation, mergers & acquisitions, the establishment of investment funds, special purpose vehicles and structured finance products, insurance companies and insurance products, securitization and other strategic corporate transactions for private equity, trade and financial institution clients. In 2020 we expanded our offering of our trusts administration service through Appleby Global Services by launching in the Seychelles. This was in direct response to our clients needs.
Our entry into this market further builds our strength and depth across multiple jurisdictions, providing greater resources and choice to our clients. In particular, our two offices in the Indian Ocean offer unique access to emerging African, Indian and Asian markets markets and reinforces Appleby’s position as the first choice for clients in the offshore sector seeking to invest into such emerging markets.
Alerts to clients on the introduction of new regulations and changes to the law which affect their business are delivered regularly by our team.
