We are one of the largest procurement teams in the Midlands working with clients nationwide. Our team grew with three newly-qualified solicitors joining last year and several promotions this year. We are particularly known for: 

• Our expertise in procuring high-value, long-term maintenance and related contracts, including managed materials supply (often over £20 million per contract, and in the case of Clarion over £1,700 million) particularly in the social housing and public sectors, where we are a market leader;​
• Complex procurement and disputes in specialist sectors including the public and social housing sectors;
• Substantial experience in advising clients on serious cladding and fire safety issues, including creative approaches to the procurement of investigatory and remedial works as well as recovery of losses flowing from cladding and fire safety defects;
• Setting us direct labour organisations by social housing organisations (with associated procurement and business transfer advice);
• New-build projects, including frameworks for contractors and consultants and all associated building contracts, professional appointments and warranty, bond and guarantee documents including for large-scale regeneration projects; 
• Cutting-edge procurement advice alongside construction advice – in other firms this is often dealt with in separate teams;
