ALN Kenya | Anjarwalla & Khanna's (A&K) Dispute Resolution team handles complex, high value matters, including cross border investigations. The department has expertise in disputes concerning commercial transactions, shareholder disputes, white-collar crime, competition, land, the environment and natural resources, intellectual property, tax litigation, product liability, public law and employment. We undertake international arbitration, focusing on transactions involving African parties. 

A&K’s Dispute Resolution team has developed a specialised market leading practice around economic crime, specifically advising on anti-corruption and compliance, white-collar crime, and fraud matters. We have handled several complex multi-jurisdictional corruption matters, including conducting internal investigations, advising large multinationals in connection with anti-bribery allegations, company liability and reporting obligations in Kenya and beyond.

A&K’s Forensics, Investigations & Compliance practice combines legal, accounting, economic, investigative, and technology skillsets for an end-to-end solution for both private and public sector clients.
