The dispute resolution practice of the Head Office of Litigation & Disputes Resolution Department of ACCRALAW is extensive, varied and, more often than not, involves complex legal and factual issues. The litigation practice is specialized into various subgroups that involve, among others, complex issues on banking; securities; real estate and construction; intracorporate controversies; corporate reorganization and rehabilitation; product liability; environmental law; credit transactions; insurance; medical malpractice; and anti-trust and competition law. The Head Office of ACCRALAW is likewise actively managing various forms of arbitration – domestic, international and construction. The dispute resolution department provides service to various domestic & multinational corporations including the largest global and domestic banks, the largest oil companies, the nation’s primary telecommunication firm, business process outsourcing entities & several Fortune 500 manufacturing companies. As part of its dispute resolution practice, ACCRALAW’s partners have, upon the request of the Supreme Court or the legislative department, assisted as resource persons in the crafting and revision of various rules and laws including, among others, Rules on Corporate Rehabilitation, Electronic Evidence Rules, Rules on Intra Corporate Controversies, Rules on Arbitration and Alternative Modes of Dispute Resolution, Revisions in the Rules on Evidence, Revisions in the Rules of Court & DNA Rules.
