Our construction practice group is recognized as a leader in construction contracts, transactions, alternative dispute resolution and litigation.

We serve builders and developers, subcontractors and suppliers, owners/buyers and other parties in all aspects of construction law:

Construction Claims— Resolving disputes over project delays, schedule changes, change orders, workmanship, or surety issues

Construction Defaults— Exhausting all alternatives to the lose-lose scenario of contractor termination, while positioning our client for the possibility of litigation

Construction and Design Defects— Prosecution or defense of claims for remedy of structural deficiencies, substandard materials, code violations or damages

Construction Documentation— We regularly draft, review and negotiate agreements including construction contracts (Lump Sum, EPC/EPCM, Design/Build, GMP), bid documents, subcontracts, purchase orders/supply contracts, change orders, joint venture and settlements

Construction Management— We advise clients on the use and formation of alternative project delivery systems including design/build and construction management along with insurance and bonding issues
