Our strength in the banking and finance sector sees us advising regulators, the Central Bank and all of the banks operating in PNG as well as offshore and investment banks with exposure to PNG.

Our key role advising on some of the largest transactions in the PNG market in the past 12 months (and historically) and our ongoing roles advising leading PNG companies, demonstrates our capacity on the ground in PNG to deliver high-quality critical advice to multinational clients on significant projects and transactions across the full breadth of general business law.

This is underpinned by our deep knowledge of PNG's legislative process, having been involved in the formulation, drafting and passage of a variety of PNG statutes.
