Our IP & Technology team is the market leading and largest group of its kind in Ireland. The Firm's IP team has an excellent reputation in the marketplace and has been recognised as "Ireland's Intellectual Property (IP) Law Firm of the Year 2016, 2014 and 2013", by the leading international IP publication Managing Intellectual Property (MIP).

We have represented clients in most of the recent leading IP and technology cases to come before the Irish courts. In particular, we have acted in approximately 80% of all patent disputes litigated in Ireland over the past 10 years – more than any other Irish law firm. We have also advised clients on the highest value IT outsourcings and transactions to have taken place in Ireland in recent times.
