Practice head and co-managing partner of the firm, Juan Carlos Castillo, served as president of the board of the largest exchange in Guatemala, for eight years, giving the team standout strength in securities mandates in particular.

We have participated in more than half of all bond issuances made in Guatemala’s history and advised on the first-ever, dollar-denominated loan guaranteed with bonds issued in local currency. Clients come to us for business critical and first-of-a-kind mandates.
