We also have extensive experience in regulatory issues and litigation under, among other things, the Electricity Act and the Natural Gas Act regarding, for example, network concessions, tariff compensation/revenue frameworks and connection targets.

Our experience includes establishments, including advice on the concessions and permits required to operate in Sweden. In recent years, we have increasingly provided advice on competition law issues to entities in the industry. We have extensive experience of the environmental law issues that arise in connection with licensing authorisation and have handled several of Sweden's largest energy transactions (M&A).
