Advokatfirmaet Glittertind AS is a niche firm within dispute resolution and litigation. All our lawyers work with commercial dispute resolution on a daily basis, including negotiations, mediation (both in and outside of the courts), and litigation before the ordinary courts and through arbitration.
Several of our lawyers are admitted to the Norwegian Supreme Court. We also have lawyers with experience as judges, both as judges in the ordinary courts and as frequently appointed judges in arbitral panels.
