In her twenty years of trial and appellate practice, she has successfully represented domestic and international companies operating in a wide variety of industries such as financial services, technology, manufacturing, construction, and utilities, as well as arts, entertainment, and recreation. She also excels in out-of-court dispute resolution and provides strategic advice on risk mitigation strategies.

A McGill graduate, Cara is also a frequent speaker and author on topics related to complex litigation.
