On January 25, 2023, Order No. 1296-B/2023 was published, approving the tables regarding withholding tax rates on employment income and pensions earned by individuals residing in mainland Portugal (click to see) to be in effect during the first half of 2023.
This order will come into force on the day following its publication and will be effective from January 1, 2023 to June 30, 2023.
