Wistrand Law Firm has appointed Louise Rodebjer and Elisabeth Salmgren von Schantz as new partners at the office in Stockholm and Erik Dreijer as new partner at the office in Gothenburg, taking effect from 1 January 2020.
Louise Rodebjer and Elisabeth Salmgren von Schantz work in the firm’s M&A practice in Stockholm. Erik Dreijer works at the tax practice in Gothenburg.
Louise Rodebjer specializes in M&A, commercial contracts and general corporate law matters. Louise started her career as a lawyer at an investment management company in London before joining Wistrand in 2008. For a number of years she was in charge of the fashion company Rodebjer's operations in the US and she has also worked at another law firm in Stockholm before returning to Wistrand in 2016.
Elisabeth Salmgren von Schantz specializes in M&A, capital markets, commercial contracts and general corporate law matters. Elisabeth is also a member of Wistrand’s German Desk. She joined Wistrand in 2012 and has experience from working at a law firm in Germany.
Erik Dreijer specializes in tax law and he works primarily with international taxation, corporate taxation and tax litigation. Erik has been a tax consultant since 2003 and joined Wistrand in 2011.
