Dr. Thomas Biermeyer, a member of Wildgen’s Corporate Practice Group, advises companies, entrepreneurs as well as investors on cross-border public and private M&A, restructuring and financing operations. He also acts in a range of complex cross-border corporate and financial litigation cases with a specific focus on shareholder disputes. Assistant Professor at Maastricht University, Dr. Biermeyer teaches and researches European corporate finance law in addition to frequently collaborating with the European Commission and the European Parliament on different studies related to EU company law.

Jeremie Ferrian, a member of Wildgen’s Corporate and Tax Practice Groups, specialises in corporate law, advising his clients on M&A, company implementations, reorganisations and relocations, corporate financing and debt restructuring. Furthermore, Jérémie Ferrian is active in tax law and advises an international clientele on tax structuring and restructuring. He also supports young entrepreneurs regarding the tax aspects of their projects through the Wildgen 4 innovation legal hub.

Nicolas Melmer is part of Wildgen’s Dispute Resolution & Litigation and Insurance Practice Groups. His clients, consisting of local and international companies, benefit from his in-depth skillset in life and non-life insurance law as well as in commercial and corporate law. Nicolas Melmer advises his clients on contentious and non-contentious matters.

Emmanuelle Ost, who specialises in general dispute resolution and labour law, and Vincent Michel, who mainly focuses on national and international tax law as well as tax litigation, have both made the move up to the role of Associates.
