At the beginning of the new year, we are honored to welcome attorney Jun JI and his team to join us. They will play an important role in Anli’s long-term development and reform.
Attorney JI’s team will continue to provide legal services to clients in Beijing, Shanghai, and Tokyo. We will set up offices in Shanghai and Tokyo as soon as possible to meet and promptly respond to the needs of clients in the two places and their adjacent areas.
Attorney JI’s team have extensive experience and great performance in major commercial dispute resolution, investment and M&A, intellectual property rights, labor disputes, compliance management, and compliance crisis response, especially in the area of Japan-related business. The team offers professional, quality and world-class legal services to domestic and overseas clients based on their needs.
The team consists of seven partners and twenty lawyers, assistants, and Japanese translators (including a translator of Japanese national) who are fluent in Japanese and English. The team members all graduated from prestigious law schools in China, Japan, or the United States. Of the five partners, three have many years of working experience in law firms in Japan, Europe or the United States, and two are qualified as lawyers in New York State.
Attorney JI and his team will not only improve our overall capabilities and expertise, but also help with our global strategy and expansion. Thus, we are able to form a broad network covering different regions and areas of practice, and provide full legal services to clients.
In addition, attorney JI has rich experience in law firm management. He will play an important role in the firm’s following moves including internal management optimization, professional development as well as legal platform and brand building in the next stage of Anli Partners.
