Niederer Kraft Frey advises Weichai Power Co., Ltd. in the acquisition through its subsidiary, Weichai Power (Luxembourg) Holding S.à r.l., of 49% of the shares in Fischer Fuel Cell Compressor AG, Switzerland, and the establishment of a joint venture in China in which Weichai and Fischer Fuel Cell Compressor AG will hold shares.
Weichai Power was founded in 2002 and is one of the most comprehensive automobile and equipment manufacturing industry groups in China.
Fischer Group specialises in precise, fast and powerful rotation and it is a world technology leader in precision spindle manufacturing, milling heads and compressors which could ensure maximum power density, higher isentropic efficiency and reliability.
