The renowned Peruvian law firm Rebaza, Alcázar & De Las Casas (“RAD”) has incorporated Tabata Arteta as a new partner, together with its team of lawyers. Tabata is a lawyer graduated from the University of Lima, with more than 20 years of experience in the prevention and resolution of judicial and arbitration disputes in several areas such as civil, commercial, insurance, constitutional, administrative and medical liability. Due to her expertise she is recognized in the ranking of Chambers & Partners Latin America as Band 3 in the Dispute Resolution practice: Litigation. In addition to her experience, her career has included work in firms such as De Bracamonte, Haaker & Castellares Abogados; Estudio Kennedys Law Perú; Estudio Barrios, Fuentes Abogados, among others.
