Rebaza, Alcázar & De Las Casas advised Camposol on the structuring and negotiation of senior loans granted under New York laws by International Finance Corporation – IFC and Inter-American Investment Corporation – IDB Invest for a total amont of up to US$ 280 million.
The loan agreements were signed on December 4, 2025.
The proceeds disbursed under the loans will be used by Camposol to fund investments in biological assets and working capital, and to refinance existing debt, including the tender offer of bonds issued on the international markets.
The transaction is secured by a corporate guarantee granted by Camposol Holding.
