Rebaza, Alcázar & De Las Casas advised Scotiabank Perú in the negotiation of medium-term loan granted to Costa del Sol for up to US$51 million. The loan was disbursed on August 7.
The proceeds of the loan were used, among others, for the refinancing and prepayment of Costa del Sol’s existing financial obligations. The loan is secured by an asset and cash flow trust and corporate guarantees granted by Costa del Sol’s affiliates.
Costa del Sol is the main hotel operator at Jorge Chávez International Airport and has several hotels throughout the interior of the country.
