Rebaza, Alcázar & De Las Casas advised several companies from DC Group on the granting of a syndicated loan under New York laws, for up to US$ 50 millions, granted by Banco Santander, as lead arranger, and Bancaribe Curacao, Bancaribe International Bank, Banco Continental S.A.E.C.A., BTG Pactual, Alfin Banco, and BBVA, as lenders. The disbursement of the loan was made on September 25, 2025.
The loan will be destined to the repayment of existing debt of DC Group companies, and to finance the working capital of those companies.
The collateral package granted as security for the loan consists of a trust over real estate assets and a trust over cash flows from DC Group companies.
