In November, Vella Pugliese Buosi e Guidoni Advogados opens a new office - in the city of Rio de Janeiro.

The new office will be led by VPBG Partner and General Counsel, Denise Chachamovitz Leão de Salles and new hire Vitor Jorge as Of Counsel.


Vitor has served multinational companies for more than 15 years with a focus on Compliance and Antitrust. In the area of Compliance, he has extensive experience in conducting corporate investigations in Brazil and abroad, representing clients before Brazilian authorities, such as CADE, CGU, MPF and the Federal Police as well as to the Department Of Justice and the Securities and Exchange Commission in the United States., Vitor also has experience in Antitrust, appearing before CADE, including handling negotiations on structural and behavioral remedies for the implementation of internal policies and review of commercial agreements.
