HOUSTON – AZA was rated the 11th-best midsize firm to work for in the country and the sixth-best in Texas by the 2025 Vault career guide.
AZA was also ranked in the guide among the top five midsize firms in quality of work and selectivity, and was top 10 in compensation, satisfaction and diversity.
Vault's 2025 rankings are derived from its annual associate survey. Rankings are based on ratings from associates who work in the region.
