Public Broadcasting Company of Ukraine (Suspilne Ukraine), a public broadcaster in Ukraine, focuses extensively on improving its corporate governance. Specifically, it treats as important to permanently improve the contractual regulation of relations between the company and members of its Supervisory Board and Management Board. 

Vasil Kisil & Partners’ lawyers have updated employment agreements with members of the Management Board and have drafted an agreement for members of the Supervisory Board of Public Broadcasting Company of Ukraine. The new agreements reflect the recent legislative updates on joint stock companies and mass media and adopt the best global and national approaches to regulating employment relations and remuneration.


The project team included Volodymyr Igonin, Partner, and associate Olha Lynnyk, who advised on corporate governance, and Valeriya Bezpala, Partner, and associate Vitalii Meliankov, who acted as experts on labour law.
