Vasil Kisil and Partners has successfully represented interests of Rost Agro company, one of the largest Ukrainian seed producers and exporters within administrative appeal procedure in the State Tax Service of Ukraine.
During the open consideration of the administrative appeal, the tax litigation team has proved unlawfulness of the sanctions imposed for alleged failure to observe the time limits of payments in foreign economic activities. Financial sanctions were cancelled after the consideration of the case. The project team composed of , managing partner, attorney at law, , counsel, attorney at law, and , associate.
