Almaty, 18 December 2025 — Unicase Central Asia, a leading legal advisor for energy and infrastructure projects in Central Asia, isstrengthening its presence in Uzbekistan.

The firm's Tashkent office has transformed into Solward as the next stage in the strategic evolution of Unicase Central Asia’s Uzbekistan practice.  This move enables Solward to pursue flexible strategic planning, respond rapidly to local market needs, and broaden its service offering.  A key element of this new structure is an alliance between Solward and Unicase Central Asia.  Solward acts as Unicase’s exclusive partner firm in Uzbekistan.

For clients, this means the Solward team will operate in close cooperation with Unicase Central Asia, retaining access to its expertise, resources, and quality standards.

As a licensed advocacy bureau in the Republic of Uzbekistan, Solward and its advocates are entitled to act as full legal representatives of clients in national courts, benefit from attorney–client privilege, and operate in strict compliance with high professional standards and ethical requirements.

Saniya Perzadaeva, Senior Partner at Unicase Central Asia, commented: “We opened the Unicase Tashkent office in 2019, and since then we’ve had the privilege of growing together with Uzbekistan’s legal market.  The pace of change today is remarkable, and we see a tremendous potential in Uzbekistan.  The creation of Solward is our way of giving clients the best of both worlds: the flexibility and focus of a local team, backed by the full power and experience that Unicase Central Asia has gained from the region’s largest projects.

Natalia Kuzmina, CEO at Solward, added: “Our name carries our story. Solward blends ‘solutions’ and ‘forward’ — that’s exactly how we work: moving with purpose, building clarity out of complexity. Uzbekistan’s market is evolving rapidly, and we want to be part of that story.  Our focus is supporting key players — foreign investors, creditors, and large national businesses — in executing major investment, industrial, and infrastructure projects in this dynamic economy, including the country’s massive privatisation programme.  Our alliance with Unicase Central Asia strengthens this mission.  Together, we deliver not just legal advice, but real outcomes that drive tangible results for our clients.
