Based in Santo Domingo, the firm was founded nearly six decades ago by J.D. Ulises Cabrera and now has a 60 strong multidisciplinary team led by seven partners who offer business & corporate, M&A, family, real estate and tourism, tax, litigation, and IP legal services. Clients include those in the mining, energy, international trade, pharmaceutical, BPO, financial, environmental, and insurance sectors.
