JDF directors Alfred Sherman Leinenweber and Julio Trucco Vera were promoted as partners of the law firm Jara Del Favero (JDF), thus enhancing the outstanding work that each has done in their respective practice areas, Labor and Real Estate, respectively.
Alfred Sherman joined JDF in 2017, focusing his work on Labor Law and Social Security. As director of this area, he has advised clients from various industries in matters of individual and collective labor law, collective bargaining, litigation in labor trials, dismissals, protection of fundamental rights, work accidents and anti-union practices, among others. He holds a Master's degree in Labor Law and Social Security from Universidad Adolfo Ibáñez, and a diploma in Corporate Labor Law from Universidad de Los Andes, and in Collective Law from Universidad Diego Portales.

Julio Trucco has been with JDF for a decade, specializing in advisory services related to the development of real estate, mining, agro-industrial, industrial and entertainment projects, business structuring, title studies, urban planning and construction matters, among others. He holds a Master's Degree in Law from the Catholic University of Chile and a Diploma in Real Estate Law from the Universidad de Los Andes, and in Urban and Construction Law from the Catholic University of Valparaíso. In addition, he has participated in several courses and seminars related to real estate, urban planning and construction law.
