Thomson Geer has advised medical device business, InterMed Medical (InterMed) on the acquisition of ear, nose and throat device manufacturer, CoreMed Pty Ltd (CoreMed). CoreMed Pty Ltd is an Australian based Medical Distribution Company, specialising in the Sales and Marketing of ENT products nationally, and in New Zealand.
We provided legal services to InterMed on all aspects of the acquisition of CoreMed Pty Ltd, including due diligence, drafting and negotiation of transaction documents, and ancillary documents.
This matter will allow InterMed to strengthen its business in the sale and distribution of ear, nose and throat medical devices.
