Thomson Geer acted for the sellers on the sale of all of the shares in XAct Solutions Pty Ltd to TMI Insight Operations Pty Ltd. The business is a leader in the Asian region in industrial property, logistics and project management. The business deploys a team of professionals across six locations in Sydney, Melbourne, Singapore, Ho Chi Minh City, Hanoi and Tokyo.
The transaction took over 15 months to execute and the deal value has not been disclosed.
Thomson Geer's role included managing the sell-side of the transaction, including management of a large data room, multiple bidders, drafting transaction documents and providing commercial advice to the client in connection with the transaction.
