Thomson Geer is advising lithium explorer and miner Delta Lithium on an approx. A$70.2 million capital raising. The company is backed by mining heavyweights Mineral Resources and Hancock Prospecting.
The raising is via a fully underwritten accelerated non-renounceable entitlement offer. Mineral Resources, the largest shareholder of Delta Lithium, is underwriting the raising, and it and Hancock Prospecting are taking up their full entitlements. The funds raised will ensure Delta Lithium is well funded to expand drilling programs and through to the delivery of a scoping study for its Yinnetharra lithium project and final investment decision on its Mt Ida lithium project.
