Thomson Geer advised Marrang Holdings Ltd, an Australian public unlisted investment vehicle that is operated by Bombora Investment Management, in its acquisition of A360 Holdings Pty Ltd, a medtech company that developed the Autism 360 platform for A$23.6 million.

The platform enables families to self-manage their neurodivergent child's development without being tied to therapy support and accessibility. Using the platform, families can gamify the experience of therapy by helping them embed development strategies in a fun, non-invasive format.

The Thomson Geer team consisted of Venkatesh Ananthakrishnan, Catherine Wei and Rebecca Nesbitt.
