Thomson Geer has acted for Energy Transition Minerals Limited (ETM) on its successful capital raising of $25M, including a further subscription from a major shareholder to follow for approximately A$4.5M.
Thomson Geer advised on the Australian legal and regulatory compliance aspects of the Transaction, predominantly in respect of ASX Listing Rule and Corporations Act compliance.
Separately, Thomson Geer has also advised ETM on a dispute matter with existing major Chinese shareholder, Le Shan Shanghe. Thomson Geer has advised on all aspects of the dispute and the matter will be put before ASX for a determination in the near future.
