Thomson Geer acted for Australian gold mining company, Ballard Mining Limited on a $60 million capital raising via a placement to strategic investors.
Thomson Geer advised on structuring, regulatory compliance and documentation matters.
The funds received from the Placement, along with Ballard's existing cash reserves, will be used to advance its exploration activities in its Mt Ida Gold Project.
