Thomson Geer advised the Central Coast Local Health District on its collaboration with the University of Newcastle, to construct a new Central Coast Clinical School and Research Institute.

The project, jointly funded by the Australian Government, NSW Government and the University of Newcastle, will include a clinical school for University of Newcastle medical students and a new Medical Research Institute with a focus on Integrated Care and Population Health. The construction budget is $72.5 million, but the facility value will be higher once complete.
