Thomson Geer has acted for ASX-listed exploration company Ardiden Limited (ASX: ADV) in its acquisition of gold and lithium miner, Lac Gold Limited for A$10 million. Lac Gold is an Australian company focused on precious metals and the development of the Rouyn Gold Project in Quebec, Canada.
TG acted as the legal advisor for Ardiden and advised on all aspects of its acquisition of Lac Gold, which included assisting with due diligence, negotiation of transaction documents and interaction with ASX in relation to the transaction.
