The Louise is a luxury lodge in Barossa Valley, South Australia, owned by Jim and Helen Carreker since January 2005. Jim and Helen have built the accommodation into a culinary hotspot in the Barossa Valley with restaurants Appellation and three.
Baillie Lodges is a portfolio of luxury lodges in Australia, New Zealand and Canada. The group was founded in 2003 by the partnership of James and Haylie Baillie. In 2009, Baillie Lodges entered into a joint venture with KSL Capital Partners.
