Thomson Geer acted on the successful listing of Aobo Environmental Technology Limited (NSX:AB9) on the National Stock Exchange of Australia (NSX).
The Thomson Geer team prepared the prospectus for the listing and guided the company through the listing process. Grant Thornton was appointed as the independent accountant for the prospectus.
Aobo’s principal business activities include manufacturing and selling of air treatment solutions for industrial applications, and battery energy storage systems in both the People’s Republic of China (PRC) and international markets such as Australia and Europe.
Aobo listed with a market capitalisation of approximately A$50m and traded above its listing price.
