Thomson Geer has acted for the shareholders of printing business, Kwik Kopy Australia Pty Ltd (Kwik Kopy) in the sale of their business to global commerce enabler, Fortidia. Kwik Kopy Australia Pty Ltd is a Printing Services, Business Services General, and Business Services company.
Thomson Geer advised the Kwik Kopy owners in relation to the sale of 51% of the business with a put/call option for the balance of the shares held by the sellers. TG's legal tasks included drafting, negotiation and settlement of all the transaction documents and attending to completion of the transaction.
