Thomson Geer acted for clean energy storage company Redflow Ltd on a A$18.9 million capital raising via a pro rata, non renounceable entitlement offer.
The funds raised will be used to underpin further growth in large scale multi-MWh projects and support the pursuit of further business opportunities and key projects.
Redflow’s zinc bromine flow battery is one of the world’s safest, scalable and most sustainable energy storage solutions in the market.
