Thomson Geer acted for China Tube Pty Ltd and Haelram Pty Ltd on their acquisition of all of the units in the Ascendas Longbeach Trust No.11.

China Tube Pty Ltd and Haelram Pty Ltd are private Australian investment entities and Ascendas REIT's special purpose trust which owns the property located at 1314 Ferntree Gully Road, Scoresby VIC 3179.

The transaction is valued at AUD$23.5m.
