Thomson Geer has acted as the Australian legal advisers to Legacy Minerals for the purposes of their Initial Public Offer. This involved providing advice on the Australian legal requirements in relation to the Prospectus and in connection with the due diligence process and the Offer generally, being a member of the DDC, coordinating and advising on a due diligence program, drafting, reviewing and advising on successive drafts of the Prospectus, carrying out legal due diligence investigations and conducting verification of the Prospectus.
The transaction is valued at A$7m.
