As part of our campus outreach program, Link Legal India Law Services partnered with National Law Institute University, Bhopal (NLIU) to organise the Third Edition of NLIU - Link Legal National Client Counselling Competition. The three-day virtual competition held from October 16 – October 18, 2020 was jointly organised by Link Legal and NLIU with participation from over twenty five law schools across the country. As both Link Legal and NLIU celebrated their 20th anniversary this year, the event was even more special.
The Hon’ble Justice Alok Verma (Retd.), Former Judge, M.P. High Court graced the occasion as the Chief Guest. The other esteemed dignitaries at the event included Prof. (Dr.) V. Vijayakumar, Vice Chancellor, NLIU, Bhopal; Prof. (Dr.) Ghayur Alam, Dean, Undergraduate Studies, NLIU, Bhopal; Prof. Sanjay Yadav, Faculty-in-charge, NLIU Moot Court Association (MCU) along with the Link Legal team comprising Mr. Atul Sharma, Managing Partner; Anuj Trivedi, Partner; Abhishek Sharma, Partner and YS Arun, Partner.
The 3rd NLIU - Link Legal National Client Counselling Competition was won by Anurathna Mathivanan and C.V. Shreya from Tamil Nadu National Law University while Government Law College, Mumbai finished as runner- up comprising Tejal Kale and Esha Kapadia. The award for Best Counsel was won by Aditya Mohan from National Law University, Jodhpur and the Best Client award was bagged by Bhakti Pathak from National Law Institute University, Bhopal.
The 3rd Edition of NLIU - Link Legal National Client Counselling Competition was well attended and this year as well the response has been overwhelming from colleges all across the country and wide media coverage.
