With the help of TGS Baltic team, a producer of concrete elements and products AS Framm entered into a transaction by which it acquired an undertaking operating in the same field AS Lasbet Tootmine, making AS Framm the largest producer of concrete elements and products in Estonia.
Our team was represented by partners Martin Tamme, Sander Kärson, Leonid Tolstov, Peeter Viirsalu, senior associate Kärt Raud and lawyer Eva Arumets.
AS Framm is a producer of concrete elements and products that will have been in operation for 30 years this autumn. AS Framm is the only building material producer that has in its product portfolio precast concrete products, such as concrete wall elements and hollow core slabs, but also ready-mixed concrete and concrete products, such as paving stones and masonry units. There are over 200 people working in the three production units of AS Framm. The turnover of the enterprise for 2019 exceeded EUR 20 million. The turnover of AS Lasbet Tootmine was approximately EUR 16 million last year; the production of the enterprise takes place in one factory with 210 employees.
