The GuestReady Group, the world leader in the management of short-term rentals, acquired The Porto Concierge, the largest management platform for Airbnb in Portugal, thus creating the largest short-term rental company in Portugal.
The transaction was accompanied by lawyers and , members of TELLES 'Corporate, Commercial and M&A team, having advised GuestReady in the acquisition of 100% of The Porto Concierge.
GuestReady is an international short term rental management company founded in 2016 and has been present in Lisbon and Porto since 2018 and currently has more than 600 properties under management in the Greater Porto area and on the north coast. With the acquisition of The Porto Concierge, created in 2014, GuestReady intends to double its investment in Portugal and adds the fifth acquisition in four years, currently with more than 100 workers and providing services in more than 20 cities in Portugal, United Kingdom, France, Switzerland and the United Arab Emirates.
