TELLES advised the partners of the Insparya Group, made up of the entities CR7, Paulo Ramos, Vallis and Hermes GPE, in the restructuring operation of this Group.
This operation was led by partner , co-head of the Corporate, Commercial and M&A team at TELLES, accompanied by associates and Antónia Ferreira de Almeida, with the intervention of , associate coordinator of the tax team.
The Insparya Group is the largest clinical group exclusively dedicated to diagnosis, treatment and research in health and hair transplantation, with facilities in Lisbon, Porto, Vilamoura, Braga, Madrid and Marbella. By the end of the year, Insparya will arrive in Italy and open another clinic in Spain. In Portugal, the company is evaluating the opening of a new clinic in Viseu, after last year having invested around 2.5 million in a new research center in Porto. The Insparya Group employs around 300 people, closed 2020 with an EBITDA of 7 million, and expects to earn 34 million euros this year and reach 100 million in 5 years.
