Hong Kong, 17 July 2017: A team of young footballers in southeast England will once again benefit from the support of Boase Cohen & Collins as they look to continue their trophy-winning ways.
Playing as Glebe FC, the youngsters finished the 2016-17 season as champions of the Kent Youth League U14s Central Division. Now they will move up to U15s level and compete in the colours of Bromley FC, a prominent semi-professional club whose senior team play in the fifth tier of English football.
“We’re delighted to continue as the team’s shirt sponsor for 2017-18,” commented BC&C Senior Partner Colin Cohen. “The boys enjoyed a wonderful season and flew the flag for our firm in an exemplary manner, winning matches and friends on their way to becoming league champions. We wish them every success as they compete at the next age level.”
Glebe lost only one match all season and clinched the league title in their final game when they beat second-placed Tunbridge Wells 3-1 in the winner-takes-all decider.
Team manager Danny Harris explained: “After such a great season, we were approached by Bromley FC who were keen for us to represent them in the Kent Youth League U15s Central Division. Bromley’s set-up is superb so it’s a fantastic opportunity for the boys to take their football to the next level.
“As well, we are thrilled that Boase Cohen & Collins will continue to support us in this next stage of our football journey. We are grateful to Colin and his colleagues for their generous backing.”
