Helsing, a leading European company in AI-based defence technology, has raised €600 million in capital in a Series D financing round. A Taylor Wessing team, led by Berlin partner and VC growth expert Dr Norman Röchert, provided comprehensive legal advice to General Catalyst, Lightspeed Venture Partners and Accel on all legal aspects of the transaction. The round was led by Prima Materia, alongside existing investors Lightspeed Ventures, Accel, Plural, General Catalyst and SAAB and new investors BDT & MSD Partners. The financing round is subject to certain approvals.
