Adrienn Tar is known for her 24/7 tireless services to the international business community seeking to establish and to operate quickly and smoothly in Hungary.
She not only provides professional advice on the establishment of a company but also provides a very practical tailored solution as to its implementation. This comprises everything from labour to contract law and licensing questions.
She supports a wide range of clients, from start-ups to large established multi-nationals. Transactional and long-term clients include Arriva Hungary Zrt., Reckitt Benckiser, New Frontier and many others.
Recently she has also focused on mediation in shareholders’ disputes and solving problems amicably among business partners. With her mediation skills and empathy, she is aiming to serve the growing number of family-run businesses in succession planning.
