The International Chamber of Commerce (ICC) recently announced the election of SyCipLaw partner John Regalado as a representative to the ICC Young Arbitration and ADR Forum (YAAF) for South Asia for the 2024-2026 mandate.
The ICC YAAF is an exclusive network comprising over 39,000 practitioners from seven regional chapters, dedicated to shaping the future of dispute resolution worldwide. This esteemed organization provides a wealth of opportunities for its members to gain knowledge, develop practical skills, build professional networks, and deepen their understanding of ICC's arbitration procedures and other dispute resolution services.
"I am honored to take on this role and look forward to collaborating with Tejus Chauhan, ICC Dispute Resolution Services Director for Arbitration and ADR, South Asia, and my fellow ICC YAAF regional representatives," said John.
"Together, we will create valuable opportunities for young arbitration and ADR practitioners to exchange ideas, share perspectives, and learn from experienced practitioners in the field," he added.
The ICC YAAF is a platform that encourages young practitioners to engage with the global arbitration community. By providing access to educational resources, networking opportunities, and mentorship, the ICC YAAF aims to foster the development of the next generation of arbitration leaders.
