Leo is a mergers and acquisitions (M&A) and commercial law practitioner specializing in technology-enabled enterprises particularly in the financial services sector. Leo also advises on data privacy and intellectual property matters. His project and advisory experience cover fintech, banking, telecommunications, manufacturing, real estate, and logistics sectors.


Joseph regularly advises clients on a broad range of employment-related matters, and handles labor litigation at various labor tribunals and court levels. He combines this with his tax practice that covers both corporate as well as tax litigation work. He is also a Certified Public Accountant.


Christopher is a commercial and TMT lawyer with advisory and project experience in technology and media, and regularly advises clients on all aspects of data privacy and protection. He also advises on regulatory, product assessment and other legal aspects of AI use. His other specializations cover consumer law matters such as product standards and advertising.


Fenina is a projects lawyer who has worked on acquisitions, divestments, joint ventures, and investment structuring for clients in various industries such as power, renewable energy, infrastructure, food and beverage, and insurance. Her experience also includes project and corporate financing matters involving manufacturing and telecommunications industries, and engineering, procurement, and construction contracts and operations and maintenance agreements.


Raymond is a litigator who has represented clients in civil, commercial, and criminal cases before trial and appellate courts and administrative bodies, such as the Department of Trade and Industry and the Department of Environment and Natural Resources, and has been a key member of teams handling local and international arbitration proceedings.


Rose Ann is a projects lawyer specializing in finance and securities law, M&A, and investment structuring. In particular, she has significant experience in capital market transactions such as initial public offerings and onshore/offshore issuance of bonds and notes by banks and non-bank entities.

Julia’s M&A, financial and commercial law experience covers industries such as infrastructure, business process outsourcing, power and energy, and insurance. She has acted for lenders and borrowers in acquisition and project financing transactions and advised them on structuring and investment considerations and regulatory requirements.


Yzabel advises clients on matters related to capital market transactions, securities law processes, and lending. She also assists clients in their compliance with banking and anti-money laundering regulations and acts as assistant corporate secretary for several corporations.
